Parade Information

Kerns Homebuilders is excited to be participating in the 2026 Fall Parade of Homes. The Fall parade takes place from September 19th through October 4th, and homes will be open from 11am to 6pm each day. Admission is free.

The Parade of Homes is organized by the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City. Kerns Homebuilders is a proud member of the Home Builders Association. For your convenience, the Home Builders Association has made available a mobile app for home buyers to use throughout the parade.
