How do we get financing?2022-07-28T19:05:23+00:00

Getting financing for your new home is easy! For homes built within a subdivision you will get a home loan the same way you would get a home loan to buy an existing home.

If you are building on private property you will carry your own construction loan. Don’t worry-This is a lot easier than it sounds!

What happens if there are construction cost overages?2020-01-02T14:52:56+00:00

Before we go to contract we will have a detail meeting to outline all the items included within the home so there are no surprises at the end. Any changes made to the spec sheet throughout the building process could incur additional charges, but we will always let you know up front!

Do you offer a warranty?2020-01-02T14:54:21+00:00

Yes! Every Gary Kerns Homebuilders home comes with a PWSC signature 10 year insured Builder’s Limited warranty for your new home. The first year warrants defects in workmanship and materials, the second year warrants against defects in systems, and years 3-10 warrant against structural defects. Learn more.
