Out of all the home builders to build our home in Seven Bridges, we chose Kerns Home Builders. We first heard about them and their impeccable reputation, as we began our search to have a home built. From start to finish, this has been an enjoyable project. We have had other builders build us homes in the past, but the quality of this home exceeded those. We have received many compliments on our home! The craftsmanship, the attention to detail, and very attentive follow up service after closing and move in. Kerns Homebuilders was amazing, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.

I have owned a Kerns home in Smithville for 9 years and have continued to be impressed with the quality of workmanship of my home. Recently, following hail storms in the area, several homes on my block, built by other builders and newer homes than mine, have required that the roofs be replaced. Two independent roofers assessed mine and found no appreciable damage. They attributed this to higher quality shingles and better venting than other neighborhood homes. I continue to be very impressed with this builder.

Due to many job relocations through the years, we have had 10 new houses built in 7 different states. Kerns Homebuilders was by far the best experience we have had in constructing a new home. They were very transparent throughout the planning and construction processes. When an issue needed addressed, they met it head on and solved quickly. We had access to the property several times during construction to understand the timelines and materials. And the quality is the best we have ever encountered- in the first year, we encountered only 4 quality issues, all dealt with as soon as they could get the trades here to take care of it. Would definitely use Kerns Homebuilders again!!
